Privacy policy

Last updated: May 2026. This policy covers the website sportuna.info. It does not cover sportuna.com — the operator platform has its own data-processing notice, accessible from inside the player account.

Summary

sportuna.info is a static information site. It does not have user accounts and does not store data on our servers about who visits. We load Google Tag Manager (container ID GTM-PDMQRNTQ) on every page; tags configured inside the GTM container can include Google Analytics 4, advertising-pixel conversion events, and similar third-party measurement scripts — each of which may set its own cookies and transmit page-view, click and traffic-source data to Google or other vendors per its own privacy policy. Outside of GTM, the only persistent client-side state we use is two localStorage keys, described below, both of which stay on your device and are never transmitted off it.

Your rights under GDPR / UK GDPR / EU regulations

Because this site does not collect, store or process personal data about you, the usual GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection) do not have any data to act on here. If you have an account on sportuna.com, those rights apply to that account through the operator — submit requests via the email inside your player profile.

Cookie banner

If the Google Tag Manager container is configured with tags that set non-essential cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, advertising remarketing pixels), EU/EEA visitors will see a consent banner before those tags fire. Strictly-necessary cookies and tags fire without consent under ePrivacy. To opt out of all Google-platform tracking, use a browser extension like Google Analytics Opt-out or block googletagmanager.com at the network level.
